Topolo builds Cloudflare-native SaaS and hardware-enabled products that reimagine smartphones, QR, and “stories” as infrastructure for digital experiences.

• Defined and owned product strategy and roadmaps for Nodo (kiosk network), Hiero (story platform), and Quro (premium programmable QR) from concept to launch.
• Architected a multi-tenant Cloudflare stack (Workers, R2, KV, Queues, D1, Durable Objects) for low-latency delivery.
• Led cross-functional engineering, design, hardware, and marketing teams to ship and iterate.
• Designed and validated use cases across hospitality, retail, F&B, and events; built pricing and pilots to prove ROI.
• Filed a patent for a tabletop digital display device for advertising and interactive information.

UAE-based food tech portfolio (Livefreshr, JustCook, JustFeed) spanning meal kits, ready-to-eat, and catering.

• Built end-to-end meal kit software (menus, subs, macros, shopping/packing, reporting).
• Owned product, operations, marketing, partnerships, and digital funnels across brands.
• Architected and maintained Laravel back office and customer platforms; launched JustFeed, a Flutter-powered TikTok-style recipe experience across iOS/Android/web/desktop.
• Managed P&L, pricing, forecasting, and B2B catering contracts.

Joined early in the Dubai office to establish and grow Cvent’s Middle East presence.

• Owned the third-party planner segment; moved from mid-market to full regional responsibility within 6 months.
• Ran full-cycle sales for the event tech stack (registration, venue sourcing, onsite, engagement) with marketing, SDRs, and product.
• Localised positioning, demos, and proposals; maintained KPIs on revenue, activity, pipeline health, and retention.

Delivered learning and talent technology across the GCC, spanning functional consulting and technical implementation.

• Led discovery, process mapping, UAT, and admin training; tailored demos for HR, L&D, and IT.
• Implemented Cornerstone OnDemand and related platforms: SSO, permissions, workflows, HRIS/API feeds, SCORM/xAPI, reporting.
• Bridged sales, product, and client IT to align technical feasibility with business goals.

Founded and developed FasterKey, a SaaS CRM/property platform that evolved into a broader product suite.

• Built front/back end (PHP/MySQL/JS) for inventory, inquiries, pipeline, and reporting.
• Created automated portal syndication via APIs/XML; handled hosting, security, and uptime.
• Gathered broker requirements and iterated features end-to-end.

Expanded from sales into solving ops through custom software.

• Built an internal CRM in Visual Basic to automate lead capture, bookings, reminders, and reporting.
• Rolled out to the team and sold the CRM back to the company.

Led high-volume kitchen ops in alpine resorts, building resilience, organisation, and team coordination under pressure.
