Founded Livefreshr, a UAE-based meal kit & meal plan business, and built the underlying food tech platform powering consumer experiences and operations.

• Led end-to-end operations from recipe development and procurement to logistics, packaging, customer support, and events.
• Designed and shipped JustCook SaaS (Laravel + Vue.js) covering subscriptions, inventory, recipes, procurement, routing, and analytics for meal-kit businesses.
• Launched the JustFeed Flutter app as the primary consumer interface for browsing menus, managing subscriptions, and handling in-app payments.
• Systematized complex offline workflows into software-driven processes, increasing scalability and operational resilience.
